AH This is so surreal, it’s like Mary Poppins meets Alice in wonderland!! Its almost like some of the stuff from “night of a 1000 drawings”, but this would look great anywhere, plus it could be a handy tool to make social comentary… really gets you thinking!

Dude. That’s AWESOME!!!
In a speech this morning, Barack Obama said, “This isn’t about big government or small government. It’s about building a smarter government.”
When he heard this, President Bush said, “I get it. I get it. I’m leaving.”
poetic, wonderful idea, photos and video ! I’ve never seen that before. Charming indeed!
This is one of the coolest things I’ve seen in a long time! I love how original the idea is (or at least it’s new to me). I wonder what areas of the U.S these photos were taken?
Awesome! Thanks for posting!
wow…thats one of the most beautiful and amazing pics which i’ve never seen before…..bravo, bravo
thanks for sharing
The comments above said it all. They are awsome!
Wonderful. For me the outlines evoke some interesting feelings beyond the tracings. I think it would be interesting to see what the outlines look like in the daylight with no relation to the structures that are making the shadows but standing out on their own. During the daytime, in the sunlight, we get no sense of the light sources that dominate the nighttime.
That is awesome.
beautiful. the chalk really makes the shadows stand out as an entity to themselves. very fun.
Wow! Absolutely amazing art!
i truly love this idea. i am constantly looking for inspiration like this, as i am in the process of preparing my graphic design portfolio.
and this is exactly the type of thing i was looking for. i just wish i came up with the idea before you did. haha
Every child thinks of doing this. It look nice.
Thats really cool!
Wow, this is way cool!

Way too cool! Love it.
Those are fantastic photos. The colours chosen for the shadow seems to have a real impact on the colours too. They are awesome, and now I’m dying to try it.
I really like this. It looks as if the shadow’s outline is glowing in various colors of light.
i do agree with PizawL: this is what can make art living in everyday’s life, as i think it should be. thanks, gonna see the video ciao
great blog. I love the photos

That’s pretty cool. How fast did it have to be drawn to keep the shadow where it was.
